Who you are buying from

This website is operated by Croí22, Limerick, Ireland. Contact us through the contact page with any question about an order.

Club shops and closing dates

Club gear is made to order. Most club shops run to a closing date, shown on the shop and on every product. Orders placed before that date are produced together in one batch after it. Once a shop has closed it stops accepting orders.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and are the prices agreed with the club. Postage is a flat rate per order and is shown in your bag before you pay. Payment is taken at the time you order, by card, through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Sizes

Sizes are listed on each product and measurements are in the size guide. Because each order is made to the sizes chosen, please check the guide before ordering. If you need to change a size, contact us as soon as possible and before the club's closing date.

Personalised items

Items carrying initials are made specifically for you. Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, the usual 14 day cooling off period does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Your rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will repair, replace or refund it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Delivery

We deliver within Ireland. Because gear is produced after a club's closing date, delivery follows the club's own timeline rather than the date you ordered. We will tell the club when an order is on the way.
