Who we are
This website is c22.ie, operated by Croí22, Limerick, Ireland. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect and why
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with the items and sizes you chose and any initials you asked for. We need these to make and deliver your order.
- If you create an account: your email address and a securely hashed password, so you can see your own order history.
- If you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
- Technical information: a session cookie that remembers what is in your bag. It does not identify you and is not used for advertising.
Card details
We do not collect, see or store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, who handle the card data directly. Stripe's own privacy policy covers that processing.
Who we share it with
Your name, size and any initials are shared with the club concerned and with the manufacturer producing the order, because that is how the gear gets made and distributed. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, which is the period Irish tax law requires for business records. Contact messages are kept while they are useful and then deleted. You can ask us to close an account at any time.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and object to how we use it. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie.
